The Monodraught Ventilators arrived and were put in place today. I managed to time my visit, by chance, with hoisting the first of these into position. The video action is rather slow, as these things move carefully. There are also a few wobbles as I changed my stance in mid-flight to keep it in clear view.

Some concern was raised about having these on the roof and spoiling the appearance, but from what I could see they are not that conspicuous, and don't spoil the look for me.

The external brickwork is now complete, the East wall was the final section and I include that, along with the ventilator! The roofing contractor has been delayed by rain. It should have been finished today, but he is unable to weld the seams when it is wet, and we have had rain each day this week so far. Maybe Wednesday will bring drier weather and allow him to complete the work.

The building fund is growing, but slowly. We have received promised grants, but still need quite a bit more to fund completion. We have do have enough money to make a start on the fitting out process, but it will only cover part of the job. The sooner we have the money the sooner we will be able to complete the building and start making use of it.

We have recently received a number of donations which are much appreciated. If one was from you, then we are deeply grateful. Thank you very much!
